Choose the launch terms. Before the first deposit, the factory pins the template, price target and schedule, and creates the project's governed treasury.

Launch type

Choose how the team may receive funding. This choice sets the contract template for the launch.

Escrow Launch

The team never touches the raise. It is funded by treasury budgets that pass a vote, from trading fees and a 10% token allocation, and by its own revenue.

What the builder gets: Treasury budgets approved by vote: trading fees and the 10% treasury allocation, which unlocks over five years after listing. Plus the project's own revenue. Never the raise.
Who it suits: Software and tools with their own business model, sustained by revenue and fees.

Cost exits end when the open market begins. The team cannot spend the raise.

Budget Launch

Budgets may draw on the raise by backers' vote, within a cap disclosed before deposit. After listing, voted treasury budgets and the project's own revenue fund the team.

What the builder gets: Budgets from the raise approved by backers within the disclosed cap; after listing, voted treasury budgets. Plus the project's own revenue.
Who it suits: Compute-heavy teams that need structured capital.

Cost exits end when the open market begins. A voted budget can reduce principal.
